    A short call or text thread about your goals, customers, current site and what success looks like.

    Content collection

    You send logos, photos, menus, services and hours. We tell you exactly what's missing.

  3. 3

    Design approval

    You review the homepage design and request changes before anything else is built.

  4. 4

    Development

    We build the remaining pages, forms, hours widget and local search setup.

  5. 5

    Testing

    Phones, tablets and desktop; every form, link and button; keyboard use and readable contrast.

  6. 6

    Launch

    Domain connected, site live, Google listing linked, and a final check together.

  7. 7

    Support

    Monthly care: hosting, SSL, backups, updates and content edits you request.

Urgent problems

Site down or a form not working? Text us with "URGENT" — those go to the front of the line.

Ownership & cancellation

  • Your domain stays registered in your name.
  • The monthly plan covers hosting, SSL, backups, updates and support.
  • If you cancel, we transfer the domain and the site files to you.
  • After cancelling, you pay your own hosting with whichever provider you choose.
