What you get. How it works.

Design and development

Every site is designed and coded for the business it belongs to. That covers the layout, the typography, the photography treatment, the way service pages are organised, and the code underneath. Pages are built to load quickly on a phone with an average connection, because that is where most local searches happen and where slow sites quietly lose customers.

Standard inclusions are a home page, service or menu pages, an about page with real proof, a contact page with a working form, and the small details that decide whether someone reaches out: click-to-text, a visible service area, an open or closed hours status where it applies, and clear next steps at the bottom of every page.

Where a business needs something less common — booking, ordering, a member area, a calculator, an internal dashboard — it can be built rather than bolted on with a plugin. Custom back-end work, including Python services and custom content management, is covered on the technical stack page.

Local SEO, hosting and ongoing care

Search work starts inside the build. Each page targets one phrase, with the phrase used honestly in the title, heading and opening copy. Structured data describes the business, its services and its service area. The Google Business Profile is connected to the site so the name, category, phone, hours and address agree, which is the single most common reason a local listing underperforms.

Hosting is managed rather than resold. It covers daily backups, an SSL certificate, uptime and security monitoring, software updates, and a restoration window if something breaks. You are not handed a control panel and left to work out which plugin caused the outage.

Reporting arrives monthly in plain language: which phrases the site appears for, which pages people landed on, how many people contacted you, and what is worth changing next. Edits are included; on the Standard plan they are handled the same day you send them.

What each plan includes

Starter covers up to five pages, local SEO foundations, a connected Google Business Profile, lead forms, hosting and backups, a monthly search report, and edits when hours or prices change. It is $600 to start and then $99 a month, with the first month free. It suits a single-location business that mainly needs to be found and contacted.

Standard adds up to ten pages, a page for each town served, and same-day edits. It is $900 to start and then $149 a month. It suits businesses covering several towns or selling several distinct services, where one general page cannot compete for each phrase separately.

Online stores are quoted separately starting at $2,500 because product catalogues, payments, shipping rules and tax handling vary widely. Every plan includes hosting, backups, local SEO foundations, lead forms and a monthly search report. The business owns the website and the domain, there is no contract, and cancelling the monthly plan does not take the site away.

Questions

Straight answers before you start

Can I buy just one service, like SEO?

Local SEO, hosting and edits are included with a build rather than sold as a separate retainer. If you already have a site elsewhere, the usual recommendation is a rebuild, because search work on a slow site rarely returns what it costs.

Is the monthly required?

The monthly covers hosting, backups, monitoring, reporting and edits, and it is how the low start price works. You can cancel any time; the site and domain remain yours and stay live.

What does an online store cost?

Stores start at $2,500 and are quoted after a short conversation about product count, payments, shipping and whether inventory syncs with anything you already use.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Sometimes. If it is on a platform that can be hosted and maintained sensibly, yes. If it is a rented builder site, moving to an owned build is usually cheaper than fighting the platform.
