What's included in a build?

A custom-designed multi-page site: design, copy, photo sourcing and cleanup, mobile-first build, click-to-call and lead forms, local SEO setup, analytics, and launch on your own domain. One flat fee, paid 50% to begin and 50% on delivery — after you've already seen the site.

How does the free preview work?

You send your business name and what you do. I build your real homepage — not a mockup — and put it on a private live link within 72 hours. You look at it on your phone before any money changes hands.

Is there a monthly fee?

Accepted Answer

The build is a one-time flat fee. There is an optional Hosting & Care plan if you'd rather not think about backups, uptime, and edits. It's optional, you can cancel it, and canceling it doesn't take your site down.

Question 4

Do I own the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, outright. Your domain stays in your name, the content is yours, and there's no contract holding it hostage. If we ever part ways, the site goes with you.

What if I already have a website?

That's most of my work. I rebuild it, keep the pages that already rank, redirect the old URLs so you don't lose traffic, and launch the new one when you're ready to flip the switch.

How long does the whole thing take?

Your preview is live in 72 hours. Full builds usually wrap within a week once you send menus, photos, and service details.

What if I don't like it?

Then you owe nothing. That's the point of building it first. No deposit, no invoice, no hard feelings.

Who actually builds it?

I do. A&L Designs is intentionally small — you text one person and that person is the one designing and building your site.

What do you need from me to start?

Your business name, what you do, and a way to reach you. Photos, menus, service lists, and logos help, but you can send those after you've seen the preview.
