Question 1

What's included in a website build?

Accepted Answer

Website builds start at $850 for the Express Launchpad: a fast one-page site with a mobile-first design, live business hours, tap-to-call buttons, and premium hosting with SSL and daily backups. Larger multi-page builds are $1,850 + $149/month and $3,500 + $199/month, and add local SEO basics, Google Business setup, monthly content and price edits, and advanced quote forms.

Question 2

What makes your sites different on a phone?

Accepted Answer

Two things most builders skip. Every site can have an app-style nav bar pinned to the bottom of the screen, so texting you, seeing the menu, or booking is always one tap away. It can also show a live open, closing-soon, or closed indicator with a dropdown of your weekly hours. Together they handle the two things people actually do on a local business site — check if you're open, and text you.

Question 3

Do you use templates?

Accepted Answer

No. We don't do generic templates. Every build is an engineered, high-converting growth platform designed specifically for your local market.

Question 4

Is the monthly payment required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The care plan is $149/month (Essential) or $199/month (Premium) after the setup payment. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

Question 5

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your website stays live and stays yours. You keep full ownership of the completed site and domain, and there is no cancellation penalty or long-term contract.

Question 6

What does an online store cost?

Accepted Answer

Online stores are quoted separately and start at $2,500. The final quote depends on the number of products, payment setup, shipping, and any special store features.

Question 7

Do I own the website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, outright. Your domain stays in your name, the content is yours, and there's no contract holding it hostage. If we ever part ways, the site goes with you.

Question 8

What if I already have a website?

Accepted Answer

That's most of my work. I rebuild it, keep the pages that already rank, redirect the old URLs so you don't lose traffic, and launch the new one when you're ready to flip the switch.

Question 9

How long does the whole thing take?

Accepted Answer

Most full builds launch within about a week once you send menus, photos, and service details.

Question 10

Who actually builds it?

Accepted Answer

I do. A&L Designs is intentionally small — you text one person and that person is the one designing and building your site.

Question 11

What do you need from me to start?

Accepted Answer

Your business name, what you do, and a way to reach you. Photos, menus, service lists, and logos help, but you can send those after you get started.

Question 12

How is the website paid for?

Accepted Answer

Website builds start at $850, then $99/month. Larger plans are $1,850 + $149/month and $3,500 + $199/month. There is no contract.

Question 13

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Both plans are month to month after the start payment and can be canceled anytime. The site stays live and stays yours.

Question 14
