What's included in each tier?

It includes up to 5 pages, local SEO, Google Business Profile connection, lead forms, hosting and backups, a monthly search report, and edits when hours or prices change. Standard is $900 to start, then $149/month and includes everything in Starter plus up to 10 pages, a page for each town you serve, and same-day edits. The first month is free on both.

What makes your sites different on a phone?

Two things most builders skip. Every site can have an app-style nav bar pinned to the bottom of the screen, so texting you, seeing the menu, or booking is always one tap away. It can also show a live open, closing-soon, or closed indicator with a dropdown of your weekly hours. Together they handle the two things people actually do on a local business site — check if you're open, and text you.

How does the free preview work?

You send your business name and what you do. I build your real homepage — not a mockup — and put it on a private live link within 7 days. You look at it on your phone before any money changes hands.

Is the monthly payment required?

Yes. Starter is $99/month after the $600 start payment, and Standard is $149/month after the $900 start payment. Your first month is free. There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

What happens if I cancel?

Your website stays live and stays yours. You keep full ownership of the completed site and domain, and there is no cancellation penalty or long-term contract.

What does an online store cost?

Online stores are quoted separately and start at $2,500. The final quote depends on the number of products, payment setup, shipping, and any special store features.

Do I own the website?

Yes, outright. Your domain stays in your name, the content is yours, and there's no contract holding it hostage. If we ever part ways, the site goes with you.

What if I already have a website?

That's most of my work. I rebuild it, keep the pages that already rank, redirect the old URLs so you don't lose traffic, and launch the new one when you're ready to flip the switch.
